Journalism schools don’t teach you anything except for how to sell yourself hard. Most people I knew when I attended the “prestigious” schools were only there for glamor or for sports reporting.

A notable exclusion from the list of mass communication schools in the country are details of Amrita School of Communication’s M.A. [Mass Communication] & B.A. [Mass Communication] courses. The programmes are unique and have won praise from even The Hindu newspaper. The School is a constituent of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, the only ‘A’ Grade university (UGC-NAAC Assessment) to be associated with a multiple state award winning general news and entertainment TV channel, Amrita TV.
