this is totally innocuous compared to what the Mumbai Press Club did recently – It felicitated Subhash Chandra of Zee on October 18, 2012 for completing 20 years! Here’s the report in the Essel Newsletter:

Someone at the Press Club is either hiding in embarrassment or celebrating the practical success of the PR course the Mumbai Press Club runs every three months!
Oh, there’s a footnote: The free beer and wine at the felicitation, and all else, we are told, were underwritten by -no surprises for guessing – the Zee folk to the tune of Rs Two lakhs!
